Castrol

It was a lucky day for Castrol when an eagle-eyed visitor to a local garage spotted him stranded in the bottom of an inspection pit and rang us for help. The exhausted little hedgehog must have been there for days because all his claws were worn away and bleeding due to hopelessly trying to escape from his awful prison.

After receiving life saving sub/cutaneous fluids, Castrol had recovered enough for a Johnson's baby bath to remove the thick brown oil. Then followed by a blow dry in soft fleecy blankets on a heat pad. It must have been bliss in comparison.

Please cover up all deep holes and garage pits or make sure a plank of wood serves as an escape route.
